The Welcome Experience 

• When arriving please stay in your vehicle and call the salon to let us know you have arrived. Once your service provider is ready for you they will come out to the door to get you.

• Upon entering the salon a team member will ask you a couple questions and take your temperature prior to servicing you.

• At this time we ask that only the clients with an appointment to enter the salon, no walk ins at this time.

• Our team members care as much about your health as they do to provide you with great service. Each team member will be wearing a mask and at this time we ask you to do the same.

• If you are not feeling well or are having symptoms we ask you to please reschedule during this time to ensure everyone's safety.

• Please be mindful of the 6 feet of social distancing during this time, except when a team member is servicing you. All stations are 6 feet apart and equipped with shields where necessary. 

Personal Protection and Disinfection

• We ask that each client wash hands before every service. Hand sanitizer stations are set up around the salon.

• All throughout the day our team will be sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.

• All team members will be wearing masks, face shields when appropriate, gloves when necessary, and will be changing capes and aprons between each client.

• All employees and clients temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Anything over 99 degrees F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return until they have no fever and no evidence of Covid 19 symptoms.
